The Intel Core i99900KS is a high-end version of the i99900K and is a bit difficult to reach. Therefore, Intel will not produce too many Special Edition processors. Between the two processors, you won't see a huge difference in performance or overclocking capabilities. It's just that the top variant offers some extra leeway to play. And games that use multiple cores will perform better on this processor.
